I am so excited to begin recording episodes of “Focus on the Legacy” where I will be having conversations with family, friends, community leaders, entrepreneurs and just regular people about the importance of building and leaving a legacy. Whether the topic relates to motherhood, starting a business, the importance of fathers, getting out of debt or just facing our fears, these episodes will show how our decisions directly effect what we leave to the next generation, If we can “focus on the legacy” when making everyday decisions, I believe it will not only allow us to walk in purpose, but show our children how to walk in theirs.
This first episode is a conversation with my “sister-cousin”, Alisha Johnson, in which we discuss some of the traditions we grew up with, what we passed down and what values we are trying to instill in our children. It’s a good one! Listen in on our conversation…bloopers, outtakes and all.
